New Credential Unlocked: Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) 🥳🎉

My journey with Microsoft Azure started in 2018, when I used the platform to host the backend and databases for my first mobile application. The app supported budget estimation for civil engineering projects, and Azure quickly became essential for running APIs and storing data. Through that experience, I was introduced to key cloud concepts such as networking, cloud computing, storage management, identity, and security, long before I began working with Azure professionally.
As my career progressed, I transitioned into DevOps, and my earlier experience with Azure became a strong advantage. The knowledge I had built since 2018 helped me quickly adapt and perform at a high level as Azure became part of my daily responsibilities. I worked extensively with services like Azure Container Registry (ACR) for managing images, Azure Service Bus for messaging workflows, Azure App Services for deploying modern web applications and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for orchestrating containers. I also designed cloud architectures focused on high availability, cost optimization, and security, while automating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. These real-world scenarios further strengthened my understanding of cloud operations, automation, and scalable systems.
In 2025, I decided to deepen my knowledge and formalize everything I had learned through hands-on experience. I spent many nights studying Azure administration concepts, reviewing best practices, and strengthening the areas where I wanted to grow. In August, I took the AZ-104 exam and passed it with an excellent score. Achieving this certification felt like meaningful validation of the effort, long hours, and years of experience I had invested in mastering Azure since those early days in 2018.
What started as a personal need in 2018 has grown into a meaningful career journey, one I plan to keep advancing through future Azure certifications, community events, and new opportunities to build cloud-driven solutions.
